The Howard Hughes Corp. announced two new tenants at Lakeland Village Center in the Bridgeland community. Regina Gonzalez will open a Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming pet store at 10539 Fry Road this summer. Magnolia Dermatology, a medical cosmetic practice led by Dr. Samantha Robare, will open this summer at 10547 Fry Road in the Lakeland Village Professional Suites. Magnolia Dermatology will offer pediatric and adult services. The new tenants build upon more than 23 dining, shopping and service options at Lakeland Village Center, according to Hughes.
Nu Dentistry, a Houston dental practice with locations in Tanglewood and Spring, signed a 2,700-square-foot lease in Block 14 at Garden Oaks, a recently completed development of Houston-based Gulf Coast Commercial Group at 3201 N. Shepherd Drive. Alan Clark of Phelps Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Anderson Smith and Brett Levinson of Main Street Commercial Partners represented the landlord. Nu Dentistry will open later this year along with McAlister’s Deli and Salata in the nearly 18,000-square-foot lifestyle center designed by Cisneros Design Studio Architects.
Regent Square, a mixed-use development of GID Development Group with apartments and retail at West Dallas and Dunlavy, announced new retail leases. M. Vincé Nail Spa leased 3,500 square feet of ground floor space fronting Regent Square Park for a location to open this winter. Sudor Sauna Studio will occupy a 2,500-square-foot space, designed by Houston-based Content Architecture, in early fall. Radkey Jolink of CBRE represented local co-founders Katherine Garcia and Kevin Cumming in the transaction. Clean Juice will open a 1,079-square-foot location selling sandwiches, wraps, acai bowls, salads, smoothies and cold pressed juices, in September. It will be the first Clean Juice franchise location for Houston-based entrepreneur Yusi An, who was represented by Navin Bhutani of Locate. The new tenants will join restaurants Pastore, Georgia James and Flight Club.
Turmeric has leased 2,705 square feet in the Shoppes at Grand Crossing, at Interstate 10 and TX 99, Katy. Nick Ramsey and Kevin Sims of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, Alle TX 1099 LLC.
Cordovan Art School leased 2,400 square feet in the Highland Square Shopping Center, at 3219 Highway 6 in Sugar Land. Cordovan Art School offers art classes for all ages in studio and online, workshops, day camps, parties and pottery painting. Katherine Wildman and Bunny McLeod of Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant.
Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls leased 1,320 square feet at Wood Ridge Plaza Shopping Center at 27800 Interstate 45 North across from the Woodlands Mall in Oak Ridge North. Adriana Shaw of Littwitz Investments represented the tenant. Bunny McLeod and Katherine Wildman of Wulfe & Co. represented the landlord.

Gee Korean BBQ, a Denver-based Korean barbeque restaurant blending Korean food tradition with American culture, aims to open up to 15 locations across Houston, Austin and San Antonio over the next few years. The company recently marked its entry to Texas with a development agreement for two restaurants in Amarillo. Customers can cook their own meat on grill tops at their tables or choose from a variety of traditional Korean meats and sides such as kimchee, broccoli, radish and fish cakes. Founded by Joseph Kim in 2012 and franchising since 2021, Dae Gee has five corporate-owned restaurants in Colorado. Each restaurant typically occupies approximately 1,500-2,000 square feet and employs up to 10 people.
Micheladas Las Palmitas has leased 1,902 square feet at 6815 S. Kirkwood. Brian Clayton and Gustavo Lopez of Resolut RE represented the landlord.
Llano Estacado Winery has renewed at 14525 FM 529 in Houston. Dani Allison of Resolut RE represented the landlord.
